Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you do need to return an item, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact customer support at 8502527078. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed)

 

Issues


If you receive the wrong item, contact customer support with proof of purchase and your request will be evaluated. Please allow a longer response time, due to COVID-19 things are running a little slower than usual. 

 

 

Non-returnable items


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Refund Policy


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account, we will process your refund in the form of a check to the address provided on your customer profile which can take up to 4-6 weeks to process. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
